Ulughbek Moukhamedov was born in 1969 in Tachkent. He has a dregree from the Uzbekistan School of art and is a member of the fine art academy of Uzbekistan since 2000.

He is now living and working in Boukhara.
Ulughbek uses very exigent techniques : watercolors, black tea infusion, , India ink, pigmented inks. His technique reveals colors from Uzbekistan and especially from Boukhara .

He participated to many exhibitions in Uzbekistan, in Russia and abroad.
